Blarky has point. his app has been pending for a long time now due to the fact that we haven't been sure if Battlenedic is the right kinda guy for VoV. I've listened to various pros and cons and finally concluded that this is simply not the right time for Battlemedic to join VoV despite his skills, network and the fact that he knows a few guildies. I apologize for the delayed reaction on our but unfortunately you're not going trough to the next round. You're not going to hollywood, sorry dawg.

To be totally honest, im not to worryed about threath, at all! - If im tanking..
Being a Blood Dk, i have a sick bust of threath and it is very very rare that come across dps that can pull off me..! That being said, we dont use ppl´s dps in the process og picking a team, when you hit the Raider rank you have somehow proven that you are ready to fuck chickens! - Meaning: Id rather bench my 12k dps guy that never shows up, then bench my 9k dps that signs up and shows up!

The only concern I have of this applicant is that he talks about his threat like it is directly related to his skill or dps. Now, with my min being a arlock I know all about hreat, and there are times where I have to sacrifice dps in order for tanks to get ahead on aggro. If this App thinks e can do this as well the I don't see why we shouldn't at least trial him and see how he fits. Dps does not down bosses, mechanics do.

Ark, did he ever contact you in-game?

My input on the applicant for what it's worth:
He came to my group and helped out when we were in a pinch which says a lot. He does take up a lot of space in vent. During non-raid times or even sometimes in a 10m friendly run I have no problems with that. In a 25m or hard mode run we're in a more serious mode. If he can tone it down a little when need be it won't be an issue. I'd like to have him in another raid after Ark speaks to him and see how he does.

He was in Team Fight Club with us this week. He does great dps and is a vry friendly comedic guy. He knows ll of the mechanics of the fighs nd os them proprly. A good knowledgable player that would make a good addition to the guild.
