I believe he was gemming the way he was to get the Socket Bonuses... but sometimes thats a mistake in itself... but without much experience in ICC I could almost guarantee Bench time even if he does get accepted because of the massive line we have for other people in the guild that would like to get into an ICC.

This applicant does not meet the criteria set by the current members, nor the recent applicants accepted. The fact that he's applying to a raiding guild without having any experience in ICC indicates to me that he's looking to be carried. We've turned down others for less. His last raiding achievement was for ToC 10 in March. I don't believe that this is the type of active raiding member that we are looking for.

Ipthor, I suggest that you start trying to get in on some pug ICC groups to get some experience and gear. I also noticed that you're gemming for hit even though you are above hit cap. This may be because you just recently got the mark of supremacy, idk but it looks bad on an app. Once you get some content under your belt, I hope you apply again. If or when you do, please take a little more time on the app.

I have always played this game to have fun. Our last guild broke up because some thought they were better. I have found a good rotation and follow instruction when i do not know fight. I also will research fight before hand. I would like to find a fun and informative guild to play with.
