Herro..

Here we go.. We had a full officer meeting about your guys apps, and i want to tell you guys about our conserns!
We have always had a policy against merging with other guilds, we do things our way, the villains way, and we wanna keep it like that!!
Now, i know that you guys are all apping in here as individuals, but with all of you comming from the same group/guild a few qeustions come to mind:

If 1 of you guys leave, will all of you leave?
Are you guys in a set group for 10M? - or can i count on you guys to come in and help the groups already going out?

A 3´rd group will be on the drawing board with all you guys joining, so chances are you will be abel to raid alot together, but some weeks we might need your services in the other groups.

All in all we decided to accept all of your app´s, and you can contact an officer ingame for a invite. I look forward to see all of you guys in green chat..

You seem to impress but here's my deal...

I'm so fortunate to have been in this guild my whole WoW career. Also fortunate that we have a great upper-management-team and Reputation on Maiev, for being easy going, laid back, rageless and still produce results (at our own pace).
Some of our new members have had to adjust or adapt from their previous Raid / Guild environment, the ones who couldn't master that task either leave or get kicked.
Im glad we have good ppl looking at your GS, gear, achievements, Spec and Talents, since I really don't care about any of that stuff.

The final step of your "trial" will be in Vent come Raid Time.

I admit the last few pug raids I've lead I've been having rough times.
If I seemed to be too high-strung then, I will do better to keep it in check.
Normally I'm not so uptight, but yea, bad weeks.
I apologize to anyone I may have been a dick to on those nights, I wasn't really myself.
If it ever becomes like that in the future, I will excuse myself. Those nights I could not however, as I was responsible for running the raid, and without me it surely wouldn't have gotten off the floor.
So again, I apologize to anyone I was a dick to. :C

I raided with Saki a few weeks ago and he seemed real frustrated and angry. With this being a low-stress and low-drama guild those traits don't fit well. I'm not sure if he was just having a bad day but I would be willing to give him the benefit of the doubt.

I understand you may be short a couple for your group on Thursday and Friday and I would like to come with you. I believe that Lantz has spoken to you about this as well.

We'll talk more in-game about it later.

Gear looks good, knowledge seems good. The only thing I might have a problem with is I talked with some of your former guildies about you, and they say you can be a bit high strung and get angry. Granted we all get mad at times at this game, but as long as you can keep it under control without cussing people out and whatnot it should be fine. When i talked to you in game you seemed liek a nice guy and I was kinda shocked to hear that about you. But like I said as long as it's controlled we should be fine.
