I would love to help the applicant with gear and optimization for his class, but he hasn't been online in the last 2 days as far as I have seen, and his recent activity log from the armory leaves me concerned with this applicant's seriousness to set time/day raiding with his history of inactivity in the game.

The applicant shows a willingness to learn: "If i do, i try harder & ask for advice on how to make better." Let's test this by giving him some good pointers and see if he takes them, then he can link again in full pve gear/spec.

Uhh where to start.....
Gemming is horrible, itemization is horrible. Haste is low, sp is low. He has a dps chest on.
I just want to know where your research came from to itemize and gem like that?

From the knowledgeable caster type drood side to help Ark out a bit:
Looks pretty much cookie cutter with the skill selection, etc, down to the glyphs.

Your gear however is all over the place. I would like to hear an explanation why you have passed over a T9+T10 2 piece bonus, and instead are using off-tier pieces, with exception to your shoulders and gloves, and why you're apping in some pvp gear/pvp enchants.

I would also like to ask the question: Where do you think Haste fits in for your priority of stats, and why?

I could go into a rant about proper gemming, enchants, GS stacking, and stat priority, but I think these questions need to be answered first.

Im a Warrior/DK.. SO i know absolutly nothing about Droods!! Please answer this question again, and actually explaine why you spec the way you do! Ar you just looking up you spec from someone else, or do you actually know your class and use a spec of your own?
