The only problem i see: We really dont need another resto shaman, we have to many already. You say your offset is ele, so i would suggest you either go ele mainspec, or get in here on your mage.!

What ever you do, im sure we can find a home for you here!!

Explain some key points in why you spec and glyph the way you do?::
It's the win spec. Balance for raid/tank healing from theorycraft.

What stats do you prioritize? What do you gem for and "Why"?: :
Haste, because thats what you do.

What professions do you have and why?:
JC/Alch for boost in haste, and 2 hour flasks. Also money

Whats your raid experience in Icecrown Citadel 10M and 25M?::
10mh 4/12 25m 11/12

What kinda DPS/HPS do you put out on fights like Sauerfang and Festergut 25M?::
I just pulled 6k hps on fester without being able to fully be awesome. Crazy holy pallys in that raid.

What Raid add ons do you use? ::
xpearl, healbot, skada, decursive.

Do you use vent? and can you listen and be vocal?::
